About Us
Eric Keith comes from a family of local Sonoma County builders and, with over 25 years in the construction industry, Eric has experience in all phases of residential construction.
A former RECON Marine, a US Navy Diver, a biologist, a pro bass fisherman, and the former owner of a successful mold and water restoration company, Eric has a unique combination of education and experience that is rare in the restoration industry.
Eric is also certified by the American Indoor Air Quality Council as a Certified Microbial Remediation Supervisor (CMRS), a Certified Microbial Consultant (CMC), and a Certified Indoor Environmental Consultant (CIEC).
Eric Keith is one of less than twenty people, worldwide, (and the only one in Northern Californa) to hold the top three designations in the restoration industry.
Eric's largest residential mold project was the remediation of a 12,000 square foot residence in Ross, California. The mold removal project also included the pack-out and cleaning of all the contents, including over $30,000,000 in artwork.
Eric Keith was a project manager of the Santa Rosa Junior College Race Building mold remediation project, the remediation of avian pathogens at the California Theater in Pittsburg, California, and the mold remediation of many large wineries, apartment complexes, and corporate structures that cannot be mentioned by name.
From multi-story commercial office structures, to residential homes and apartments, Eric Keith, and Pacific IAQ, has more experience and training than anyone in the North Bay.
